We thought back to Prosecco we remembered from childhood, which people drank at five in the afternoon over chat with friends. We had in mind a wine with little sweetness and with low alcohol, so that it can be drunk without its being cloying or givin you a sense of being satiated. We therefore sought to make a product resulting from the first pressing of the grapes which was laden with the memory of ancient perfums (the smell of hay, orchards in blossom) and almost-forgotten, traditional flavours. We limited the quantity of sulphur, in order to avoid unpleasant headaches. We created a honest wine, a wine to share with others: a wine to dedicate to friendship and to our thoughts and dreams, whatever they may be. This, then, is a Prosecco of mellow, warm tones that leaves the palate clean. It is good with food but is even better as an aperitif... and it is goo thanks to the land and vines rather than to the winemaker! This is an emotional experience that leads to other emotions!
